First meeting of the Golf Club

Last Thursday, our golf club met for the first time at the 9-hole Carhaix Golf Course. 17 members of the Association put their names down to join the club; some could not make it this time, and some are in Britain, but 11 attended.

For some of the people, it was the first time they had tried golf, and that’s why everyone practised on the golf range; Nick gave advice to the beginners.

Afterwards, everyone visited the new and very smart club house to socialise with a drink. How nice to get together after such a long time! Everyone had a good time and is looking forward to meeting again next Thursday.
